Donate Where the Need is Greatest

by Australian Committee For UNICEF Limited

Be There When a Child Needs You Most

For the world’s most vulnerable children, UNICEF’s presence on the ground is more than just life-saving—it’s a sign of hope. It tells them they are not forgotten.

Image: Bangladesh – In Dhaka, three young girls work in their local rubbish tip collecting spare or recyclable items that can be sold. Their earnings help buy food for themselves and their families.

In times of conflict, disaster, or displacement, your support helps us deliver critical aid—and show up—for children when they need it most. But our ability to do so depends entirely on people like you.

UNICEF is 100% donor funded. That means every vaccine, every emergency food ration, every safe learning space—we can only provide these because of our generous supporters.

When you give to where the need is greatest regularly, you help us:
- Respond immediately when emergencies strike
- Reach children in hard-to-access areas
- Invest in long-term programs that create lasting change
- Support communities before, during, and after crisis

Your donation goes further with UNICEF:
- $30 can provide approximately 59 sachets of food to treat severe malnutrition
- $43 can provide around 147 vaccines, protecting children from preventable but deadly diseases
- $86 can help deliver learning supplies for around 13 children who no longer have access to education

By donating to where the need is greatest, you're giving UNICEF the flexibility to act fast—and the power to stay until recovery is possible.

Every child has the right to survive and thrive—no matter the circumstances. With you, we can make that a reality.
