With news this year of the US and other governments around the world slashing foreign aid budgets, lifesaving services are under threat. These cuts mean children are arriving at closed health clinics, going without meals, facing forced labour or marriage, and suffering trauma alone. The impact is devastating.

More than 40 countries have been impacted across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. We were even forced to immediately stop some of our life-saving work, leaving more than 17 million items of aid stuck in warehouses, trucks, and with suppliers – that’s critical, lifesaving supplies that couldn’t be delivered.

We have been doing everything we can to find ways of getting these supplies to their destinations. Our teams are innovating and adapting to ensure as many lifesaving services as possible can resume and continue for children.

But one thing is clear: we can’t do this alone—we need your support to continue our work.
