War in Ukraine - Help Children Survive

Four years ago, the lives of every child in Ukraine changed forever overnight. One day at
home, in class and playing with friends. The next, hiding in shelters, fleeing their homes and in shock. For children already displaced by the now 12-years of war across the east, their childhoods were once again upended.

The current situation:
- 1.9 million children in need inside Ukraine.
- More than a third of Ukraine’s children, over 2.5 million, remain displaced.
- In 2025, 14,656 civilian casualties including 2,514 people killed and 12,142 injured. A 31% increase on the year before.

UNICEF has been in Ukraine since 1997 supporting children and their families. Your support helps us stay and deliver.
